Delivery: TMS scoped, sourced and installed with an onsite crew coordinated around plant operations.
Result: Delivered safely and handed over on schedule with full QA documentation.
De-watering & Disc Filter Installation — Goonyella Riverside (BMA)
Scope: Installation of de-watering infrastructure and disc filter within the CHPP.
Delivery: Multidiscipline onsite delivery: structural, mechanical and piping trades with TMS supervision.
Result: Completed to specification with zero harm and plant returned to service on program.
Dropped Object Prevention Project — Daunia (BMA)
Scope: Site wide dropped object prevention program across live operating areas.
Delivery: Hazards identified, engineered controls fabricated and installed by TMS crews.
