Our team undertakes all aspects of these projects from design through to commissioning and handover — including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation, construction, fabrication, modularisation, and subcontractor management.
What truly sets TMS apart is the calibre and background of our people. Our Project Managers are all from either trade or engineering backgrounds — which means they understand the work at a fundamental level and can provide strong, credible leadership on site. No ivory tower management here.
The Projects Division brings project and field maintenance capabilities together and effectively manages each project to maintain efficiency — all within the highest safety standards. Dedicated, fully-staffed project crews ensure we always have the required resources when needed.

We have completed a diverse range of structural, mechanical and piping projects — from construction of new plants and modification of existing plants, through to major shutdown change-outs and complex multi-crane lifts. Our experience spans conveyor systems, crushing and screening plants, stackers, reclaimers and shiploaders, car dumpers, train loadout systems, tanks, bins, silos, rail infrastructure, workshops and warehouses.
Every shutdown and project follows the same disciplined cycle, from scoping and workpack development through to QA, handover and post job review.
